- Amateur Radio Emergency Preparedness - George Swan, gswan@co.walthall.ms.us Get information on how to get your amateur radio license and be available to serve as a communications link during storms and disasters

- Beautify Beulah - Shannon Ellis, Facebook page, (601)341-0728 Give us your ideas to help beautify downtown to attract more business, such as community art murals or downtown cleanup day
- Beekeeping- Jeff Thomas, Darren Higgs, Facebook page- Marion County MS Beekeepers, learn about beekeeping and interact with other beekeepers

- Gardening- MSU Master Gardener Program- Extension.msstate.edu; become a master gardener, which includes a community service requirements
- Mississippi Barn Quilt Trail and Walthall Barn Quilt Trail. Paint a quilt (on 4 x 4 plywood and hang it on your barn or building and include it on the trail
- Trash Pick Up- Keep Walthall Beautiful Facebook page; pick up trash in your neighborhood or organize a pickup event and post the clean up on the page
- Tylertown Farmers Market- Carolyn Horn, MDAC.ms.gov; Bring your extra produce for sale at the market
- Walthall County Poll workers -contact the Circuit clerk’s office; meet requirements and train as a poll worker for elections
