Former Walthall Hotel
The former Walthall Hotel was originally built by J.C. Rimes in 1927 for $65,000 and was once considered one of the finest hotels in Southern Mississippi. It's located in the heart of downtown Tylertown on Beulah Ave., and although it's not listed on the National Historic Register, it has certainly played a major role in the history of Tylertown.
